Radisson SAS, Lucerne, room Noelli
Seminar conducted by: Sally Below, communication consultant, Berlin

Seminar overview

The seminar will be held in G E R M A N.

With their designs, architects contribute to the profiling and self-projection of their private and public clients – handling both the big picture and the tiny details. Equally, engaging with one’s own profile is necessary for architects themselves, in order to position and establish themselves on the architectural market.

In this seminar, the speaker will illustrate how communication in the field of architecture and building can be strategically planned. She will lead participants through the different steps in the development of successful self-representation and effective PR – from defining one’s own qualities and potentials to the adequate set of measures.

With a view to addressing the requirements of potential project owners, partners and multipliers, the seminar will highlight the different tools of communication: marketing materials, Internet presence, exhibitions, press relations and visibility in the public eye. Participants can develop approaches for their own practice’s strategy and reflect upon their daily work in the light of examples discussed.
