Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
All transactions will be billed in Swiss Francs.
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your booking has been completed.
The item name featured on your credit card bill will be ARCHITECTURETALKS.ORG.
After your booking has been completed, you will receive an email with all relevant transaction details. We recommend you print and keep all transaction details as well as the terms and conditions.
Received bookings will be processed immediately.
Please note that full payment must be received to guarantee your booking. Your tickets will be shipped when our bank notifies us that your payment has been credited to our account.
Cancellation when paying by credit card: should you wish to cancel a booking made by credit card, please contact us directly.
Deregistrations must reach us in written form no later than the 19 May 2008. After that deadline we charge 50% of the registration fee. If the deregistration reaches us within three working days before the beginning of the conference we have to charge you the full registration fee. You are always free to transfer your registration to another person.
The names and addresses of participants will solely be made available to our sponsor and media partners.
The organiser of the conference and the organiser of the architectural tours (ArchiTour.Schweiz) are not liable for any accidents/damages during the conference and tour. Insurance is to be taken out by the participant.
